We’re excited to announce the return of the pre-glow dinner, which will require prepayment during the registration process. The dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, 13th at 6 PM, at the Eagles Aerie, located at 1561 Marlboro Dr. This spot is conveniently situated behind the In ‘N’ Out and adjacent to IHOP.

Enjoy a sumptuous meal featuring:

  • Rib-eye steak
  • Baked potato
  • Assorted vegetables
  • Dinner roll

All for an inclusive price of 20. Please note, there will be no on-site registrations for the dinner. To join, you must add this to your event registration, or you will miss out. Also, be aware that drinks are not included in the price. However, we will provide a cash bar with a selection of beverages at very reasonable prices.

After Glow at the eagles

We’re thrilled to share that our Afterglow gatherings will also take place at the Eagles Aerie, creating a seamless experience from dinner to late-night festivities. Join us from 10 PM to 1 AM each night. To ensure a smooth event, Afterglow attendance requires prepayment, similar to the Pre-glow dinner. Rest assured, vegetarian options will be available every evening to cater to all dietary preferences.

At the bar, we’ve kept pricing simple and wallet-friendly:

  • Soft drinks, bottled water, and coffee: $2 (Complimentary pitchers of tap water will be provided on tables)
  • Domestic beers: $3
  • Imports and IPAs: $3.50
  • Well mixed drinks: 3.25-3.25−3.75
  • Premium mixed drinks: 3.50-3.50−6.75
  • Box wine: $2.50
  • Bottled wine: $3.50

For your convenience, we’re also offering a complimentary shuttle service between the Quality Inn and the Eagles Aerie from 10 PM to 1 AM. While there’s no charge for this service, we encourage you to show your appreciation to your driver with a tip. Enjoy the ease of transportation as you make the most of your nights with us!
