Rates are are between $85/night and $144/night depending on the room selected. 

All reservations must be made no later than January 11, 2024. At this time, all rooms which are NOT reserved, will be released back into inventory for the public to reserve. Any room requests after this time, based on availability, may be subject to a rate increase. For this reason, we request your guests reserve their rooms as soon as possible.

• Rates quoted above do not include taxes such as state and lodging taxes.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Extended checkout requests are based on future availability and are subject to a fee.
• Rate includes a hot complimentary hot & cold breakfast.
• There is one time-non -refundable fee of $75.00 for animals brought into the hotel / rooms.

Remember that your group has up until 30 days prior to the arrival date to book or receive the special group rate.

Each individual guest booked under Winter Blast Pyrotechnics show group code WBP is responsible for booking and cancelling their own reservations before January 12, 2024 12:00AM. Rooms not booked and guaranteed with a credit card will be released as of January 12, 2024 12:00 AM. If cancellation is necessary reservations must also be cancelled 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

The Nautical Beachfront Resort

A Daily Resort Fee of $29.00 per night plus tax includes:

• Use of pool and towels
• Use of private NEW launch ramp
• Use of 2 bicycles (based upon availability-seasonal)
• 2 thirty-minute waterpark passes per day (seasonal)
• 2 bags of ice per day
• Unlimited WiFi

Room rates are for single or double occupancy and are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently at 14.50% (subject to change). Triple/quad occupancy is an additional $10 per room, per night. Rates are net, non commissionable. Rates are net, non-commissionable and will be offered to your attendees 1 days before & 1 days after the above dates, based upon availability. Friday & Saturday is a two-night minimum, no splitting weekend.
