Winter Blast is open to WPA members who are current with 2013 dues, and their immediate family members only.

There is a waiver of liability form that must be signed (at the event) by each WPA member and his / her spouse (if attending).

There will be no release of wristbands or permission to enter Western Winter Blast XXII without completion of this release form.

Be sure you are able to attend. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-ATTENDANCE
